H3 Sports Academies and Facilities:
Avalon Country Club is conveniently located with beautiful hillside views, just minutes from West Knoxville. Avalon offers memberships in single, family and corporate packages. Special events, tournaments and parties are hosted throughout the year in our clubhouse.
H3 Sports & Fitness is a state-of-the-art training facility. Classes are offered for all ages and skill levels from adult impact to sport-specific training and off season programs. One-on-one training, team and group sessions, as well as sport-specific training classes are available.
Diamond's heated and cooled 24,000 foot pro-quality training complex consists of 16 batting cages, 3 designated pitching mounds and turf infield, all furnished with the finest equipment and gear. Diamond instructors offer lessons and supports baseball teams, from ages 6 to 18 years of age.
