Women's HIIT focuses on core work using full body motions combining upper and lower body together - at the same time. Balance, leg and core strength, and arm work creates a fantastic workout for women only.


Typical exercises include:


  • Lateral medicine ball twists

  • V sit press with dumbells

  • Single leg hops

  • Bear crawls

  • Planks (variations)

  • Lunges

  • Burpees
