Coach Larry Simcox returns after two years coaching hitters and infielders at The University of Tennessee. Simcox was one of Diamond Baseball's original instructors. He has coached 26 All-Americans and more than 110 players who've signed pro contracts, including 10 first round draft picks. He has 24 years coaching experience in the SEC, including 19 years at UT where he helped them to three College World Series appearances. Before his coaching career, he played shortstop in the Houston Astros Organization and was an All-SEC shortstop at Ole Miss.
