What is the pole vault club?
Try a new fun, exciting and challenging sport. This is a USATF (United States of America Track and Field) sanctioned pole vault club. We have weekly training “Clinics” at H3 Sportsplex for middle school and high school athletes from Knoxville and East TN. Tim and his elite pole-vaulters will teach you how to sprint properly, we will practice gymnastic training specific for pole vault and also important for general strength and flexibility, and of course pole vault specific drills. Along with teaching athletes the specifics of the sport, we teach them how to get the most out of themselves!
When do we practice?
2 practice times
Monday 5:00-6:30 Group 1 (more experienced)
Monday 6:30-8:00 Group 2 (less experienced group)
Gymnastics for everyone in the club every Friday 5:00-6:30
Beginners go in Group 2 until they can progress to group 1

What you should bring to practice?
Water, Gatorade, running shoes, training clothes
Pole vault poles provided
What is the cost?
Cost per month(due 15th of each month):
2x/week- $175
1x/week-$90
Less than 1x/week-$20/session
Competitive opportunities: Indoor HS Competitions (January-February)-for your school
Outdoor HS Competitions (March-May)-for your high school
AAU or USATF Club Outdoor Competitions (June-August)
