What is the pole vault club?

Try a new fun, exciting and challenging sport. This is a USATF (United States of America Track and Field) sanctioned pole vault club. We have weekly training “Clinics” at H3 Sportsplex for middle school and high school athletes from Knoxville and East TN. Tim and his elite pole-vaulters will teach you how to sprint properly, we will practice gymnastic training specific for pole vault and also important for general strength and flexibility, and of course pole vault specific drills. Along with teaching athletes the specifics of the sport, we teach them how to get the most out of themselves!
